  • A starter set of bedlinen and 2 towels per person are included.
  • For holidays, big events and during the summer months of May, July, August, the daily rate applies for weekly bookings
  • n low season (November to March to 20% discount on our price list, except for major holidays and events)

  • Balkony-Guarantie (only with 2-room apartments): 10,00 euro/day

Booking of our Service "Cleaning at departure" ist basically optional!

At the departure the apartment has to be in the same clean and neat condition as you found it. This means cleaning and preparing for the next guest, so his stay upon check-in can begin.

 

Cleaning and preparing of the apartment includes: dusting all surface materials, vacuuming the floor and all upholstered surfaces, mopping the floors, cleaning all dishes, and tile surfaces, lamps, mirrors, etc ., washing, drying and sorting all dishes, removing the old bedding and bedlinen with clean, taking out the garbage.

 

We suggest a professional final cleaning, it’s a service which we offer at own costs.

Our housekeeping team knows the apartments like no other and after each check-out thez spend between two and three hours cleaning up so the next guest find it perfectly at their arrival. Everything was carefully prepared for your arrival. Were you satisfied with the cleanliness? Approximately 98% it was the work of our cleaning team.
